AstraRMM ("we", "us", "our") operates the AstraRMM platform, a remote monitoring and management service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or use our services.
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and organization details. If you sign up using a third-party provider (e.g., Google, GitHub), we receive your profile information from that provider.
If you join our waitlist, we collect your email address. This is stored securely in our database and used solely to notify you about product availability and updates. You can request removal at any time by contacting us.
When you use our monitoring agents, we collect device information including hostname, operating system, hardware specifications, installed software, network configuration, and performance metrics. This data is scoped to your organization and is never shared with other tenants.
We automatically collect information about how you interact with our platform, including pages visited, features used, and session duration. We use this to improve the product experience.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment information.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Telemetry and device data is retained according to your organization's configured retention policies. Waitlist email addresses are retained until you are onboarded or request removal. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
