By accessing or using AstraRMM ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
AstraRMM provides a remote monitoring and management (RMM) platform that enables organizations to monitor, manage, and secure their IT infrastructure. The Service includes device monitoring, remote access, ticketing, automation, and related functionality.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Joining our waitlist does not guarantee access to the Service. Waitlist position does not determine access order. We reserve the right to grant access at our discretion. By joining the waitlist, you consent to receiving communications about product availability.

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit Your Data solely to provide the Service. We will not access Your Data except as necessary to provide the Service, prevent or address technical issues, or as required by law.
The Service operates on a multi-tenant architecture. Your organization's data is logically isolated from other organizations. We implement strict access controls to ensure data separation between tenants.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at the time of purchase. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for all applicable fees. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, with notice where practicable. Upon termination, you may request export of Your Data within 30 days.
The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by AstraRMM and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand features.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstraRMM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AstraRMM from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
